Moving a truckload before you can enter the new home creates an avoidable bottleneck.
Confirm access, not just the date
Find out exactly when you receive keys, parking access and permission to use the lift. Check whether cleaning or repairs are still underway. Keep important documents and keys with you, not inside a sealed moving box.
Build a realistic sequence
Allow time to inspect the old apartment after loading and the new one before unloading. If access times are uncertain, discuss a later arrival window or temporary storage before booking. Tell the mover who will open each property.
