A few clear images can reveal access problems before moving day.
Photograph the difficult parts
Send wide photos of large furniture, tight doorways, stair turns and the lift interior. Include a clear view of the entrance and likely truck stopping point. A photo should show scale; a doorway picture without the furniture beside it may not answer the question.
Protect privacy and add context
Avoid personal documents, faces and unnecessary apartment details. Label each photo with the pickup or destination address and explain what help is needed. Photos complement the item list; they do not replace floors, dates and box counts.
