Shared lifts need planning, especially when several residents depend on them.
Ask the building contact early
Check whether a move requires notifying the committee or booking a time slot. Ask what protective covering is expected and whether loading from the entrance is practical. Do not assume the lift dimensions from its advertised capacity.
Measure and communicate
Measure the opening, cabin and route to the apartment. Compare them with the biggest item, including packaging. Tell the mover if the lift cannot be used at one address; that may change crew size, carrying time or equipment.
