Screens and workstations
Photograph connections before unplugging and label each workstation set. Protect the display surface during transport.
Screens, printers, cabinets and meeting-room furniture need an itemized list and protection suited to each piece. A carton count alone does not describe the job.

Share dimensions, approximate weight, delicate components and cabling. Back up data before disconnection and follow manufacturer guidance for specialized equipment.
Photograph entrances, lifts and narrow turns. A copier or long conference table may require a different carrying plan from ordinary boxes.
List packing, furniture disassembly, carrying and placement at the destination. The final proposal depends on the inventory and real access conditions.
For a relevant proposal, send both addresses, date, inventory, floors, lift details and photographs of large items. Mention packing, disassembly or a tail lift in advance. The online estimate does not replace agreement on the final scope.

Check weight, moving-part locks and manufacturer instructions. Confirm door width and lift capacity.
Empty shelves, box files separately and preserve the filing order. Do not plan to carry a loaded heavy cabinet without review.
